Returns & Refunds Policy

At Peak Recovery, we want you to be fully satisfied with your RecoverPro Compression Boots.

Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

To start a return, email us at asemahle@peakrecovery.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used compression boots unless they are defective.
